ВІЙСЬКОВІ ВИТРАТИ ЯК ФАКТОР СТРУКТУРНИХ ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЙ У СФЕРІ ПІДПРИЄМНИЦТВА
Анотація
У статті проаналізовано двоїстий характер впливу військових витрат на трансформацію підприємницького сектора економіки. Обґрунтовано, що вони стимулюють розвиток високотехнологічних галузей, таких як оборонно-промисловий комплекс, кібербезпека, телекомунікації, сприяючи інноваціям. Також висвітлено ризики, пов’язані з ефектом «витіснення» – перерозподілом ресурсів (фінансових, трудових, матеріальних) з цивільних секторів на потреби оборони, що може гальмувати розвиток інших видів економічної діяльності. На основі глобальних даних та регресійного аналізу моделей економічного зростання розглядаються спілловер-ефекти між країнами. Результати свідчать про значущий коефіцієнт впливу (2,33% зростання частки інновацій на 1% зростання витрат), що підкреслює необхідність балансу між оборонними інвестиціями та підприємницьким розвитком.
