МЕТОДИЧНИЙ ПІДХІД ДО КОМПЛЕКСНОГО ОЦІНЮВАННЯ ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ УПРАВЛІННЯ ДИСТАНЦІЙНОЮ РОБОТОЮ В ІТ-КОМПАНІЯХ
Анотація
У статті обґрунтовано методичний підхід до комплексного оцінювання ефективності управління дистанційною роботою в ІТ-компаніях в умовах цифрової трансформації та поширення гібридних моделей зайнятості. Систематизовано результатно-орієнтований, процесно-поведінковий та інтегрований підходи, узагальнено практики закордонних і українських компаній щодо використання KPI, OKR, інженерних метрик і HR-аналітики. Запропоновано багатовимірну модель оцінювання, що охоплює результативність, якість, процесну стійкість, командну взаємодію та добробут персоналу. Розроблено інтегральний індекс на основі нормалізованих стимуляторів і дестимуляторів із застосуванням вагових коефіцієнтів, який забезпечує агрегування різнорідних показників, їх порівнюваність у динаміці та підтримку обґрунтованих управлінських рішень.
