SUBSTANTIATION OF THE STRATEGY FOR MANAGING THE SYSTEM OF ECONOMIC SECURITY OF THE ENTERPRISE BASED ON THE USE OF INNOVATIVE DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES
Abstract
The article studies the issue of substantiating the strategy of managing the system of economic security of enterprise based on the use of innovative digital technologies. The relevance of the topic of the study is due to the fact that the management of the system of economic security of an enterprise based on the use of innovative digital technologies provides for the development and approval of a strategy for the introduction of innovative digital technologies in order to protect the enterprise, its resources, personnel, property, information, assets from the dangers and threats of the internal and external environment. The development and adoption of the strategy determines the digitalization of the security activities of the enterprise, which are carried out in conjunction with the digitalization of managerial, operational, sales and other activities, all processes of functioning and ensures the growth of sustainability, competitiveness and the ability to counteract risks and threats to the enterprise. As a result of the research, a set of strategic directions for managing the system of economic security of an enterprise based on the use of innovative digital technologies has been identified: information and digital; automation, optimization of business processes; Personnel; safety of innovation activity; introduction of digital technologies in ensuring the safety of facilities; implementation of control and monitoring of risk management and it has been revealed that the comprehensive implementation of goals in certain areas provides an opportunity for the enterprise to sustainable and effective development, counteracting the negative effects of external and internal environments and provides opportunities to ensure economic security in the long-term strategic perspective through the introduction and use of innovative digital technologies in the management of the enterprise's economic security system. It is revealed that the development and implementation of the strategy involves the definition, approval and further implementation of actions in key areas of security; definition of strategic goals in each of the areas and definition of operational goals within each strategic goal. strategic goals, specify them and are the basis for further tactical planning.
