IMPROVEMENT OF THE COMPETITIVE POSITION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF THE ENTERPRISE
Abstract
The article examines the problems of managing the competitiveness of Ukrainian enterprises in wartime conditions, offers recommendations aimed at improving the system of managing the competitive positions of the enterprise. The relevance of this problem is determined by the fact that ensuring a sufficient level of competitiveness of Ukrainian enterprises today is a guarantee of their economic development in post-war times and ensuring competitiveness on the domestic and foreign markets. The result of this study was the development of recommendations for managing competitiveness, which should be implemented with the help of the comprehensive participation of all units of the enterprise in this activity, while its complex nature forms the conditions for the transition to process management of the enterprise's competitiveness. The article provides recommendations on anti-crisis management of competitiveness, as well as the definition of mechanisms for its implementation, it is stated that in today's extremely complex conditions in the organizational plan, the goal of managing competitiveness cannot be realized by a separate unit of the enterprise. Currently, the anti-crisis strategy of competitiveness management can be implemented exclusively with the help of the complex participation of all units of the enterprise in this activity, and its complex nature forms the conditions for the transition to process management of the enterprise's competitiveness. The article proposes a process model that can be the basis for assessing the competitiveness of an industrial organization, based on the results of which an adequate managerial influence is formed, taking into account the peculiarities of the functioning and interaction of processes and elements of an industrial organization in conditions of military aggression. This approach should allow Ukrainian enterprises to preserve their potential to create prerequisites for increasing the level of competitiveness in the post-war period. As a result, it was concluded that the transition of Ukrainian enterprises to a process approach in the anti-crisis management of the competitiveness of enterprises is being actualized, which allows to increase the overall efficiency and effectiveness of this component of the enterprise's activity in the conditions of military aggression.
