Abstract

The article focuses on the entropic principles of the functioning of relocated enterprises in the digital economy. It is substantiated that war and post-pandemic shocks sharply increase the entropy of the business environment, manifested in the destabilization of resource flows, disruption of logistics, loss of sales markets and human resources, as well as regulatory and demand uncertainty. The purpose of the study is to scientifically substantiate the mechanisms for reducing entropy and improving the performance of relocated enterprises by integrating digital transformation, antifragile organizational approaches, and institutional support. The methodology is based on systemic and entropic analysis, logical-structural generalization, comparative analysis of relocation practices, the concept of antifragility, and approaches to measuring digital maturity. A conceptual model is proposed in which exogenous drivers of entropy (war, institutional uncertainty, supply disruptions) are transformed into increasing chaos in the system, which is leveled thanks to four groups of mechanisms: digitalization (ERP/MES/CRM, RPA, data-centric analytics, electronic document management, cloud infrastructure); acceleration and networks (mentoring, infrastructure, rapid testing and scaling); anti-fragile process design (backup channels, modularity, scenario planning); sustainable practices and circular models (resource efficiency, ESG). A portfolio of indicators for assessing performance (financial, operational, market, social) is outlined, allowing us to record not only the restoration of activity but also the quality of adaptation. The scientific novelty lies in integrating the entropic approach with digital transformation and acceleration tools for relocated enterprises, and in formalizing the connection between the reduction of information/process entropy and the increase in system manageability. The practical significance is determined by the potential of the proposed model to design relocation roadmaps, prioritize investments in digital solutions, and build regional support programs that accelerate recovery and increase the resilience of enterprises in an environment of high uncertainty.
