MINT, BELL, PIIGGS, VISTA, CIVETS, N-11, BROOMS – ПОТЕНЦІЙНІ ЦЕНТРИ СОЦІАЛЬНО-ЕКОНОМІЧНОГО ЗРОСТАННЯ В УМОВАХ ЕНТРОПІЙНОГО РОЗВИТКУ
Анотація
Останнє десятиліття економічно розвинені країни змагаються за сфери соціально-економічного та політико-технологічного впливу, а країни, що розвиваються, ведуть боротьбу за стале існування. Війна росії проти України має значний багатовимірний вплив на формування нового геополітичного порядку. Війна стала каталізатором низки тенденцій у глобальному протиборстві: посилення консолідації близьких за інтересами та політичними режимами країн – демократичних (США, Канада, країни ЄС, Україна) та авторитарних (росія, Китай, Іран, Північна Корея); запровадження санкцій (транзакційні, технологічні, інвестиційні, торгівельні, персональні), які є примусом росії до миру; послаблення економічних позицій країн БРІКС через системні санкції з боку США як відповідь на продовження антиамериканської політики, підтримку торгівельних зв’язків Індії, Китаю з підсанкційною росією; зміні сценарію глобального розвитку та виведенню на передній план потенційних посткризових центрів соціально-економічного зростання: MINT, BELL, PIIGGS, VISTA, CIVETS, N-11, BROOMS.
